We also tap maple trees to produce pure, golden syrup, a sweet taste of the season. Our humble kitchen preserves fresh produce, while our hives produces raw, unfiltered honey. On our farm, laying hens provide us with fresh eggs, and meat birds are raised for their tender meat.
